Cleaning supplies, including dust mops, wet mops, brooms, and a dustpan, are located in the kitchen. All floors, including bathrooms and the kitchen, must be swept or dry-mopped and then thoroughly wet-mopped to receive your deposit refund.

All used items must be cleaned and returned to their proper place.

To receive your deposit refund, the following tasks must be completed:
-
Empty all trash receptacles, including those in both bathrooms, and take the trash to the dumpster at the back of the Civic Center.
-
Pick up any cigarette butts from the front of the building, sidewalk, and parking lot and dispose of them properly.
-
Set the air conditioner and heater to the designated temperature indicated on the wall next to the thermostats (one near the bathrooms and another around the corner by the back door).
-
Ensure all three doors are locked and secured. If the building is not properly locked and someone enters and causes damage, you will be held responsible for any resulting damages.
